II. Exhibition Overview

AAPEX is short for “The Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo,” an exhibition showcasing automotive parts and after-sales services. It is co-hosted by the Auto Care Association, the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), and the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), held annually at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

AAPEX is one of the world’s largest, most effective, and best‑known trade shows dedicated to the automotive aftermarket, bringing together automotive parts users, after‑sales service providers, distributors, and other industry professionals from across North America, as well as from Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. According to official figures, in 2025 the event hosted 1,407 exhibiting companies from 35 countries and regions, with approximately 3,500 booths, and attracted 45,550 professional buyers from 121 countries and regions to attend, network, and make purchases.

From 2007 to 2025, our company has organized the participation of more than 900 renowned Chinese auto parts enterprises in this exhibition for 18 consecutive years, achieving excellent results and earning widespread acclaim for our high-quality services.

III. Market Analysis

The United States is the largest destination country for China’s auto parts exports. In 2024, the U.S. remained the top market for Chinese automotive parts and accessories, with export value surpassing the combined total of Japan, South Korea, and Mexico, reaching US$17.475 billion—a year-on-year increase of 33.3%. The U.S. boasts the world’s largest vehicle parc and ranks second globally in new‑car sales, behind only China. Its automotive industry has a long history, with a highly developed, fully integrated supply chain. However, over the past two decades, stagnant demand for new vehicles, intensifying competition, and increasingly stringent regulations have led to the decline of traditional automakers, which have failed to deliver positive returns to shareholders. Meanwhile, the automotive aftermarket has flourished: many auto‑sales and service companies have seen their stock prices soar, with large chains specializing in aftermarket parts and repair services posting gains of more than 30-fold over the last 20 years. In 2021, the U.S. had a vehicle parc of 290 million, with a population of approximately 326.77 million—nearly one vehicle per person—and an average vehicle age of 12 years, up 0.6 years from the previous year. General Motors, Ford, and Toyota are the three largest manufacturers by vehicle stock. Since 2020, prices for automobiles and related products in the U.S. have risen cumulatively by 55%–68%. The U.S. automotive aftermarket is valued at US$405 billion, making it the third‑largest sector in the American economy. The market comprises 538,000 repair and retail outlets, serving a fleet of over 280 million cars and trucks, with each registered driver owning, on average, more than one vehicle. In the automotive repair segment, 80% of work is performed by independent third‑party shops, while only 20% is handled through do‑it‑yourself efforts; likewise, 70% of repairs are carried out by independent aftermarket providers, compared with just 30% at authorized 4S dealerships, most of which operate primarily in insurance‑related contexts.
