Friendship: First be friends, then comes camaraderie! In 2016, marking the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Nigeria, the two heads of state held a cordial meeting, expressing their willingness to understand and support each other on issues involving each other's core interests and major concerns. At the moment when our President Xi Jinping and President Buhari shook hands warmly, I believe it also brought the hearts of the people of China and Africa together!
The Most Beautiful Chinese Style
 
On May 20th, a grand "Chinese style" event unfolded at the University of Lagos in Nigeria. The 2016 "Huawei Cup" Lagos University Confucius Institute "Chinese Bridge" competition was held there. Students from two primary schools, eleven secondary schools, and one university in Lagos State participated. Representatives from the Chinese Consulate General in Lagos, Chinese companies, and overseas Chinese attended the event.
 
Watching them, whether eloquently reciting ancient Chinese texts with clear pronunciation, skillfully playing classical Chinese instruments, or the shy primary school students dancing gracefully in Chinese costumes, at this moment, there were no differences in skin color or nationality!
 
A Decade of Friendship
 
Seeing this, I am reminded of our efforts since 2006 to organize the Nigeria (Lagos) China Commodity Fair. It has been ten years now. Naturally, there have been many hardships along the way, but seeing the participating companies that have followed Zhenghe now possess considerable market share in Nigeria, I am speechless! When I was sorting through the photos from these nearly ten years, it felt like a documentary, real, vivid, and unforgettable! Perhaps I should write about Zhenghe's ten-year relationship with Nigeria! Stay tuned! The 2016 Nigeria (Lagos) China Commodity Fair is about to make a grand appearance!

Zhenghe Exhibition visited Nigerian automotive technology and other industry associations to promote cooperation on the 2025 Nigeria (Lagos) China Goods Expo.

From January 3rd to 6th, 2025, representatives of Zhenghe Exhibition's overseas staff successively visited the secretariat of the Nigerian Automotive Technicians Association (NATA), the Amalgamated Union of Automobile Motor Mechanics and Technicians of Nigeria (AUOMMATON), and the Motor Mechanics and Technicians Association of Nigeria (MOMTAN).
