Zhenghe International Exhibition's 2014 New Year party has come to a successful end.

As our exhibition company team grows and our achievements improve, everyone is very busy at the end of the year. However, as a privately-owned company, the New Year's Eve party and summary meeting still holds an important place in the hearts of the leaders and every employee. The annual meeting signifies the official end of a year of hard work, allowing everyone to return home for the New Year with the blessings of their leaders and colleagues. It also signifies prospects and expectations for the coming year. After comprehensive consideration and discussion, the company chairman and several vice presidents decided to plan a New Year's party centered around games, interspersed with employee talent shows and a lucky draw. This avoids the large amount of rehearsal time that might conflict with work tasks, while showcasing company cohesion, improving team spirit, and boosting employee enthusiasm and vitality.

Following the principle of employing people according to their strengths, this year's annual meeting boldly appointed Xiao Zou, a new employee with years of event planning experience at his previous company, as the event planner. The plan was finalized after the leaders reviewed the draft, first draft, and final draft. After careful consideration, the leaders selected Tang Xiaoxu and Zhou Chao, a beautiful woman and a talented man from Department 1, as the hosts. Tang Kun, a versatile employee from the General Affairs Department, served as the activity assistant. During the preparations, everyone performed their duties. After only one or two brief meetings and rehearsals, the annual meeting officially began at 3 pm on January 27, 2014. The entire event was filled with a festive atmosphere, with colleagues' faces beaming with joy. Everyone enthusiastically participated in every segment, and those who were assigned tasks readily accepted them, whether performing, creating humor, or being pranked. In all game segments, everyone demonstrated a spirit of mutual assistance and teamwork, even showing a willingness to sacrifice personal interests for the greater good of their team.

It's worth noting that although company leaders didn't explicitly require everyone to prepare programs, those who were selected to perform all showed their talents. Even more commendable were the outstanding performances! This phenomenon shows that our Zhenghe team is full of hidden talent! Another highlight of this year's annual meeting was the "New Year's Good Fortune" segment, where company leaders prepared many red envelopes. All participants and performers had a chance to draw good fortune. Regardless of the size of the prize, it conveyed the leaders' blessings, wishing each employee good luck and continuous good fortune in the new year!

Zhenghe Exhibition Company has a young and energetic team. Leaders always encourage everyone to be serious and dedicated in their work while maintaining vitality and enthusiasm, to be bold and innovative while remaining meticulous and steady, and to be enthusiastic and generous with clients while maintaining etiquette and integrity.
