Just a week before the opening of the Essen International Tire Show in Germany, in order to facilitate the participation of enterprises in the Dubai exhibition and to meet the travel requirements of different personnel as much as possible, two itineraries were arranged for this Dubai exhibition group: round trip from Dubai and round trip between Germany and Dubai. When most members of the German exhibition group were preparing to go home after the end of their trip, I, as the team leader, and more than 30 group members went on to Dubai to continue participating in the exhibition. Taking a short rest on the plane from Beijing to Dubai, I woke up and looked down from the window. Endless snow-capped mountains stretched out below. It may have been my first time seeing such a sight; it felt very novel. I wondered whether it was the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau or the northern mountains of India below. In contrast to Russia and Canada's extreme pursuit of indoor insulation measures, Dubai pursues excellence in indoor cooling measures. Forty degrees outside, fourteen degrees inside—this description of the temperature difference between outdoors and indoors in Dubai is not an exaggeration.

In some films and books about Arabia, Arabs always greet each other with the phrase "Welcome, my friend." I used to think it was the translator's embellishment, until I went to Dubai and everyone I met, including drivers, shopkeepers, and passers-by, said "Hello, my friend." Then I realized it was true. I have always longed for the Arab world. As a child, the Arab world held Aladdin's lamp, Ali Baba, and One Thousand and One Nights; as a student, it held the rich Persian Gulf, the boundless desert, and the dates that the locals love to eat; after work, it held luxurious hotels, a dazzling array of goods, belly dancing Arab women, and of course, the Frankfurt exhibition in Dubai.

Speaking of the exhibition, this year's Frankfurt Middle East Dubai Auto Parts Exhibition attracted more than 1600 companies from 59 countries and regions worldwide. The number of exhibitors increased by 20%, with a large proportion being repeat exhibitors. The exhibition area exceeded 56,000 square meters. Exhibitors mainly came from China, India, South Korea, the UAE, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Brazil, Thailand, the United States, South Korea, and Australia, demonstrating a high degree of internationalization. Exhibitors reported very positive results.

Regarding ground services, it is worth mentioning that exhibitors gave very positive feedback on the hotels. This is not only because they were five-star hotels, but also because the second floor of the hotel was directly connected to the City Center shopping mall and Carrefour supermarket, making it more convenient for them to return home with their purchases. The distance to the exhibition hall and restaurants was also just right. Our company's exhibition group also specially arranged a meal at the seven-star Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. "What we eat is secondary; the key is the feeling, the experience," I think most people would agree. In addition to the exhibition, we went desert dune bashing, tasted local Arab food, and watched Arab women's belly dancing. First-time participants found it exciting and wonderful, while those who had been before looked out at the depths of the desert and admired the sunset. In addition, the beautiful Palm Jumeirah and the magical Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis also left a deep impression on the guests.
After years of development, China's auto parts, including tires, have secured a place in the Middle East market. The rich and mysterious Arab world awaits further exploration and discovery by more Chinese people.
Let's meet in Dubai from June 2nd to 4th, 2015.
