October 1st is a day of national celebration. In Lagos, Nigeria, the first eight GS4 vehicles of the GAC Trumpchi SKD project of Zhuoyij International Group (CIG) completed component assembly and inspection. The Nigeria Industrial Association inspected the GAC Trumpchi SKD project on site. CIG has created another milestone in international platform development. The successful launch of the GAC Trumpchi SKD project marks the first time that Chinese automobiles have completed component assembly in the Nigerian market, making a significant contribution to promoting China-Africa capacity cooperation and pioneering a new era for Chinese automobiles in the Nigerian market.

To promote the development of the GAC Trumpchi SKD project, CIG dispatched a large number of professionals with automotive expertise to the Nigerian market and continuously purchased advanced automotive equipment to support the SKD project in Nigeria. The successful launch of the SKD project in Nigeria, despite the extremely harsh economic environment, is a testament to the close collaboration between the GAC team and the CIG team. The CIG after-sales team, led by Mr. Yu, who has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, was selected and trained from the domestic automotive industry and has been deeply rooted in the Nigerian market for two years.
 
During the assembly process, Mr. Yu stated that after the trial assembly of the first batch of GS4 vehicles, the SKD team has completed its run-in period and is confident in the future success of the SKD project. He also expressed gratitude on behalf of all CIG members to the GAC Trumpchi team for traveling a long distance to support the SKD project. The GAC team stated that CIG's deep roots and cultivation in the Nigerian market deserve the support of GAC Trumpchi. They also hope that both sides will jointly promote the development of GAC Trumpchi in the Nigerian market. Zhenghe Exhibition visited Nigerian automotive technology and other industry associations to promote cooperation on the 2025 Nigeria (Lagos) China Goods Expo.

From January 3rd to 6th, 2025, representatives of Zhenghe Exhibition's overseas staff successively visited the secretariat of the Nigerian Automotive Technicians Association (NATA), the Amalgamated Union of Automobile Motor Mechanics and Technicians of Nigeria (AUOMMATON), and the Motor Mechanics and Technicians Association of Nigeria (MOMTAN).
