03-22

In April and May, various small teams were concentratedly dispatched, flying to multiple countries.

Exciting events unfolded continuously,

Recently, there was a brief respite,

only to discover that a major event had been forgotten and not reported in a timely manner.

The Hannover Messe is not only the world's largest industrial exhibition in terms of exhibition area, but also boasts extremely high technological content in its exhibits. It is considered one of the most important platforms connecting global industrial design, processing and manufacturing, technology application, and international trade. To this day, it has become the "flagship exhibition in the global industrial trade field," "the barometer of world industrial trade," and "the weathervane of global industrial technology development."

This time, China, with 1300 exhibiting companies and an exhibition area of 22,000 square meters, rose to become the largest exhibiting country overseas. Exhibits revolved around themes such as industrial automation, traditional and new energy, industrial robots, industrial components, industrial energy-saving lighting, and Industry 4.0, including companies like Shenzhen Huawei, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Haier Group, Zhejiang Zhengtai, Shanghai Tebo, Dalu Laser, and Ewatt, etc. Among overseas exhibitors, Chinese exhibitors ranked first in both number and exhibition area, once again becoming the second largest exhibiting country after the host country, Germany. The grand appearance of the Chinese delegation attracted worldwide attention.

China Haier showcased in Hannover, Germany, "Interconnected Factory"

As a demonstration model of Chinese manufacturing in 2025, and the first and only home appliance company in China to appear at an international industrial event, Haier released to the world its unique and globally leading industrial internet platform—the COSMOPlat mass customization solution.

Joining forces with leading enterprises, China Huawei uses new ICT to promote the digital transformation of industry

Huawei, under the theme of "New ICT, Towards the Path of Digital Transformation," appeared at Hannover Messe 2017 in Germany. Focusing on industrial digitalization, it joined forces with industry partners to showcase products and solutions based on new ICT technologies such as the Internet of Things, industry cloud, full-cloud network, and enterprise wireless, and announced new major collaborations with GE, Intel, Toshiba, and T-System.

China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation made its debut at Hannover Messe, the world's largest industrial exhibition, and signed a cooperation agreement with Siemens.

Ewatt, a leading enterprise in the industrial-grade UAV industry, assisted Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs in exchanging and cooperating on innovation in intelligent manufacturing, unmanned system R&D, and industrialization.

Similarly, at this exhibition, Shandong had approximately 70 exhibiting companies, far exceeding the number of exhibitors in previous years. Most of these companies came from cities such as Qingdao, Liaocheng, and Dongying. Exhibits mainly consisted of castings and forgings, mechanical parts, bearings, motors, and rubber and plastic products.

Compared to previous years, the participation of Chinese companies this year mainly showed the following characteristics: increased awareness of group participation in exhibitions and group visits by local governments and industry associations; exhibition themes closely linked to Made in China 2025; private and state-owned enterprises advancing together; independent foreign trade awareness increased compared to previous years; exhibition themes gradually shifting from traditional OEM processing to independently researched and developed products, with brand awareness further enhanced; and a significant increase in the proportion of exhibits related to automation and Industry 4.0. It is believed that in the future, Chinese companies will not only occupy a place at Hannover Messe, but will also have more international influence to show their strength and expand their brands.

The next CeMAT (Hannover International Logistics Exhibition) will be held concurrently with Hannover Messe, the world's leading industrial technology event. Here, key international players in related industries will gather to discuss current trends in big data, the Internet of Things, and human-computer interaction technologies. The upgraded CeMAT will be your ideal choice for meeting global target customer groups.

Zhenghe Exhibition visited Nigerian automotive technology and other industry associations to promote cooperation on the 2025 Nigeria (Lagos) China Goods Expo.

From January 3rd to 6th, 2025, representatives of Zhenghe Exhibition's overseas staff successively visited the secretariat of the Nigerian Automotive Technicians Association (NATA), the Amalgamated Union of Automobile Motor Mechanics and Technicians of Nigeria (AUOMMATON), and the Motor Mechanics and Technicians Association of Nigeria (MOMTAN). This visit primarily focused on in-depth discussions and exchanges regarding cooperation for the 2025 Nigeria (Lagos) China Commodities Fair. During the meetings, representatives of Zhenghe Exhibition's overseas staff introduced the basic situation of the Nigeria (Lagos) China Commodities Fair to the heads of the business associations. The heads of the various business associations acknowledged the significant achievements made by the exhibition in recent years. During the discussions, the three industry association leaders provided detailed information about their respective associations. As leaders and promoters of associations related to the automotive industry in Nigeria, these three associations have a wide influence in Nigeria and even West Africa. Against the backdrop of continuously deepening and upgrading China-Africa cooperation, they expressed high expectations for actively promoting trade cooperation between Nigeria and China in the automotive industry. The heads of the associations also stated their willingness to work with Zhenghe International Exhibition to jointly promote the continuous development of the Nigeria (Lagos) China Commodities Fair, uniformly organize member units to participate in the exhibition, and conduct one-on-one matchmaking discussions with Chinese exhibitors. As Africa's second-largest economy and most populous country, Nigeria has a huge demand for automotive and auto parts products, largely relying on imports. In Nigeria, over 90% of Nigerians tend to choose 'tokunbo' (used cars), which makes the 'tokunbo' distribution business very profitable in Nigeria. With the Nigerian government relaxing age restrictions on imported used cars, the volume of used car imports will further increase. Consequently, the auto parts market, both upstream and downstream of Nigeria's used car industry chain, will also see more opportunities. After years of operation by Chinese automakers, Chinese cars have established considerable 'prestige' in Nigeria. At the same time, the scarcity of local car repair outlets and the high cost of spare parts in Nigeria also indicate immense potential for Chinese auto parts exports to the Nigerian market.

In addition, hardware tools, power tools, construction machinery, and other electromechanical products are also very popular. The import of agricultural machinery, food machinery, and packaging machinery has adapted to the development needs of Nigeria's agriculture and food processing industries. At the same time, industrial manufacturing-related electromechanical products such as machine tools provide strong support for Nigeria's industrial development. 2. Textile and Garment Products Nigeria is Africa's most populous country, with a current population exceeding 227 million, leading to huge domestic market demand. Textiles and clothing are major export items from China to Nigeria, accounting for 15% of China's total exports to Nigeria. Statistics show that in 2022, Nigeria's textile and garment imports reached 110 million USD, with China being its largest source country, accounting for approximately 47% of the total imports, almost half. Wigs and Hair Products Eight out of every 10 Nigerian women wear wigs.
