Exhibition Introduction

The exhibition is organized by Groupe Exposium, the leading exhibition group in France and one of the top ten exhibition groups in the world, hosting nearly 60 professional exhibitions annually. Established in 1964, SIAL Paris has a history of over 50 years and is held every two years. It alternates annually with Anuga in Germany, making it the largest food industry event in Europe and the world, encompassing almost all products in the industry.

In 2018, the exhibition covered 215,000 square meters, attracting 7,200 exhibitors from 119 countries and regions. A high proportion of professional visitors came from outside France, mostly professional buyers related to the food industry. The exhibition featured 21 product sections across 8 halls.

The organizer set up 15 different types of food-themed displays and discussion areas throughout the exhibition. Over 250 discussions were held during the exhibition, greatly facilitating communication and exchange among industry professionals from various countries.

Exhibit Scope

Food Products: Semi-finished foods, ingredients and additives, canned foods, fine foods, fruits, vegetables, meat and cured meats, health foods, organic products, seafood, nutritional foods and infant foods, dairy and eggs, sweets, frozen foods, ready-to-eat foods, groceries.

Beverages: Juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Non-Food Products: Food machinery, kitchen utensils, food packaging, etc.
