The Russia International Food and Beverage Exhibition is a leading international exhibition in the Russian, Central Asian, and Eastern European markets, and is the most influential exhibition in the food and beverage industry in Russia and Eastern Europe. 1. Russia is the world's third largest importer of fruits and vegetables, with annual imports reaching US$5 billion. The total annual value of fruits and vegetables imported from China exceeds US$1 billion, including citrus fruits, apples and pears, tomatoes, onions, etc.
2. The total value of the Russian confectionery market exceeds US$10 billion, with annual imports of approximately US$800 million, of which chocolate accounts for 50%, bakery products account for 30%, and candies account for 20%.
3. Russia's annual seafood imports exceed US$1 billion, with major imported seafood including salmon, shrimp, mackerel, herring, and trout. China's annual seafood exports to Russia exceed US$220 million.
