The Vietnam International Machine Tool and Metalworking Machinery Exhibition is the first exhibition held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2007 by Reed Exhibitions after the successful holding of the International Machine Tool and Metalworking Machinery Exhibition (METALEX) in Thailand. It has been successfully held for 17 sessions. III. Market Introduction

Vietnam is a developing country,

Officially joined the WTO in 2006, it has established trade relations with more than 150 countries and regions in the world, including China. China is both Vietnam's largest trading partner and its largest trade deficit country. 85% of the goods exported from China to Vietnam are electromechanical equipment, while Vietnam mainly exports agricultural products and resource products to China. With the full launch of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, bilateral trade between China and Vietnam has entered the era of zero tariffs. According to data from the General Administration of Customs, from January to November 2023, the total trade volume of imports and exports between China and Vietnam reached US$2063.245 billion.
