Exhibition Introduction:

The Australian International Machinery Manufacturing Week Exhibition (NMW) is the largest, highest-level, and most comprehensive industrial technology exhibition and trading venue in Oceania. Held annually, it rotates between Sydney and Melbourne. Our company has organized Shandong enterprises to participate in this exhibition for many years. In 2018, the exhibition will be grandly held at the Sydney Olympic Convention Center. This is Australia's largest machinery industry exhibition, covering a wide range of products in the machinery industry, mainly including machine tools, engineering machinery, hardware tools, welding heat treatment, electronics and electricity, and material handling. It is divided into twelve themes, mainly including: Australia's International Engineering Exhibition, Welding Heat Treatment Exhibition, Casting and Forging, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Technology, Material Handling, Computer Control, Security Products, Process and Control Exhibition, Machine Tools, Metal Processing, Power Equipment, Electronic Components, etc. According to the exhibition survey, industrial, mining, energy, and other resource industrial manufacturing and service exhibitions are particularly valued by visitors.

Review of the Previous Exhibition:

The 2017 exhibition was held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. There were 739 exhibitors from countries and regions including China, India, New Zealand, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland, South Africa, the United States, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, with 3482 exhibitors and tens of thousands of visitors. The total area of the China exhibition area was 657 square meters, making it the largest group of exhibitors in the international exhibition area, with more than 70 enterprises exhibiting; exhibits mainly included machine tools, welding and cutting machines, motors, diesel engines, mechanical parts, hardware tools, power tools, bearings, handling vehicles, motorcycles, lawn mowers, and small hardware. Among the visitors, 84.7% were from New South Wales (NSW), 5.3% from Victoria, 3.7% from Queensland, 1.2% from South Australia, 1.1% from Western Australia, and 1.7% from Tasmania and other regions (ACT/NT/Tasmania), and 2.3% from New Zealand and other countries. According to industry classification, approximately 21.2% of visitors were executives and CEOs of major enterprises, 15.9% were heads of the technical departments of enterprises, 22.9% were from the general machinery industry, 9.4% were from the machinery equipment industry, 8.5% were from the hardware industry, and 4.6% were from the metal plate manufacturing industry.
