II. Exhibition Overview:

The Russian International Exhibition of Construction and Engineering Machinery is the largest international trade show for construction equipment in Russia, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe. Since its inception in 1999, it has been held annually. The event’s long-standing history underscores its unique role as a platform for industry dialogue, fostering innovation and supporting the growth of the construction sector. Each year, the CTT Expo brings together market participants from the construction, specialized, and commercial equipment, machinery, and vehicle sectors, as well as suppliers of spare parts and services, alongside developers of cutting-edge construction machinery technologies and innovative solutions.

III. Scope of Exhibits

1. Construction machinery and transportation: loaders, excavators, cranes, aerial work platforms, pavement construction equipment, and more; construction transport, earthmoving equipment, road‑construction integrated systems, machinery and installations, mobile and tower cranes, lifting equipment, construction machinery, tools and specialized systems, concrete‑work production equipment, formwork systems and scaffolding, and auxiliary equipment for construction sites.
2. Construction and building‑material equipment: concrete mixers, formwork systems, scaffolding, construction elevators, etc.; cement, lime, and gypsum mortar production; concrete and precast concrete product manufacturing equipment; asphalt production equipment.
3. Machine Intelligence and Green Technologies: unmanned equipment, 5G remote control, electric construction machinery, construction waste recycling systems, and more—covering services, testing and measurement, process control, navigation and communication devices, as well as occupational health and safety.

4. Mining Equipment: mining machinery, crushers, mineral processing equipment, mine safety equipment, etc.; open-pit and underground mining machinery and equipment; mineral processing technologies and equipment; coking equipment; accessories, spare parts, components, consumables, and crushing and sorting equipment.
5. Core Components and Services: engines, hydraulic systems, equipment maintenance and servicing, used equipment trading, and more.

IV. Market Overview

China and Russia are each other’s largest neighbors and both emerging economies experiencing rapid growth, giving their cooperation unparalleled advantages. In 2021, bilateral trade surpassed US$140 billion for the first time, reaching a record high. China’s Belt and Road Initiative and Russia’s Eurasian Economic Union are highly complementary, providing favorable opportunities and locational advantages for expanding cooperation in infrastructure development. According to customs data, despite the global pandemic, China’s exports of construction machinery to Russia exceeded US$2.133 billion in 2021, a substantial year-on-year increase of 83.1%. Russia has become China’s second-largest export market for construction machinery, trailing only the United States and surpassing Japan, Indonesia, and Australia.

V. Past Editions Review

The 2025 International Construction and Engineering Machinery Exhibition in Russia (CTT Expo) will cover an exhibition area of 210,000 square meters. It will feature 1,600 exhibitors from 16 countries, with over 130,000 professional visitors.

In addition, this year’s exhibition adopts a “four‑exhibition synergy” model, with the CTT Mining show, the CTO Auto Parts show, the COM Commercial Vehicle show, and the Logistika Logistics show held concurrently, making it a super‑platform that spans the entire construction machinery industry chain.
