2026 International Industrial Exhibition in France

GLOBAL INDUSTRIE 2026

I. Exhibition Overview:

Exhibition Name: 2026 International Industrial Exhibition of France

Exhibition dates: March 30 to April 2, 2026

Exhibition Venue: Villepinte Exhibition Center, northern suburbs of Paris, France

Exhibition Duration: Once a year

Exhibition Overview: Originally known as MIDEST, the Paris International Industrial Components Show, it was acquired at a premium by France’s GL Group in 2017. In March 2018, the event reemerged with a completely revamped identity, presenting itself to exhibitors and visitors alike. The full name of the exhibition is “GLOBAL INDUSTRIE,” or the Global Industry Show, which, for the first time ever, integrates four major sectors into a single, unified platform: MIDEST, SMART-INDUSTRIES, INDUSTRIE Paris, and TOLEXPO.

As a key theme of global industrial exhibitions, MIDEST boasts a long and distinguished history. One of Europe’s renowned industrial trade shows, it is the largest and most specialized exhibition in the international subcontracting sector for industrial components. The event plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships between clients and subcontractors. Compared with similar exhibitions held in Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Spain, and other countries, MIDEST stands out as the world’s largest and most prestigious trade show dedicated to contract manufacturing based on supplied samples or drawings, as well as subcontracted component‑processing services. Held annually in Paris and Lyon, France, the fair has successfully convened more than 50 editions to date.

II. Highlights of the Previous Event:

This year’s Global Industrie has once again underscored its central role within the industrial ecosystem, drawing a broader audience with greater diversity. The four-day event delivered impressive results, highlighting its growing appeal.

The 2025 Lyon International Industrial Exhibition in France boasts an exhibition space of 100,000 square meters, with 2,500 exhibitors and 45,000 visitors—representing a 20% increase over the previous edition and a 57% rise in international attendance (*compared to the last event held in Lyon in 2023).
