Striving for 2019
After experiencing economic difficulties caused by recent fluctuations in the oil industry, developing a non-oil economy has become the main task for the Nigerian federal government in 2019. The Nigerian economy is entering a transition period and has begun to recover from the previous recession, providing new development opportunities for Chinese enterprises to conduct investment and trade activities in Nigeria. Zhenge Company continues to improve its organization this year, increasing human and material resources investment, and promoting the exhibition through multiple angles and channels, in accordance with the long-term development strategy of the exhibition.
Domestic Promotion
Publish exhibition information and various recruitment documents on the company website; maintain a dedicated website for the Nigeria exhibition and improve the exhibitor login system. According to statistics, 120 enterprises have logged in their information on the website.

Among them, customers from Guangdong, Shandong, Chongqing, and Fujian provinces account for 65%. Over 2000 posts have been made on domestic industry and exhibition websites.
Visited more than 10 distribution centers and production bases for domestic building materials and hardware, construction machinery, auto parts, small commodities, etc., and specifically went to commodity markets like Yiwu and Linyi to promote to key enterprises. Among them, a cooperative relationship was established with Linyi Mall, and Linyi Mall Engineering Materials Market led a delegation to participate in the exhibition, resulting in a surge in participating enterprises from Linyi this year.
Specifically visited industry associations within the province, such as machinery, chemical, hardware, building materials, and agricultural machinery, using their publications to release recruitment information to members and publishing exhibition information on their websites.

Later, buyer information was directly sent to relevant exhibitors, establishing direct contact with clients in the early stages, and allowing for continuous follow-up and contact later. Placed color advertisements in Nigeria's mainstream media, PUNCH, with main promotional pages for the exhibition in the pre-exhibition period. The newspaper advertisement design was concise, highlighting the characteristics of the China Pavilion, with prominent and simple red. After the newspaper advertisement was published, around 60 calls per day inquired about the exhibition, expressing willingness to participate and providing feedback on products to be purchased. Professional exhibitors were matched based on buyers' choices, and participating companies stated that the attending buyers were very professional and relevant to their products.
