The Middle East (Dubai) International Hardware and Tools Exhibition is the only professional hardware and tools exhibition in the Middle East. The entire Middle East region is currently in an era of active development and construction, with current construction project budgets exceeding one trillion US dollars, which has stimulated a growing market demand for hardware and tools. The latest forecasts indicate that this industry's annual growth rate may exceed 11%.

The 20th Middle East (Dubai) International Hardware and Tools Exhibition was held in May 2019 at the Dubai International Trade Centre, UAE. On the exhibitor side, 286 exhibitors from 25 countries showcased over 450 types of the latest hardware, tools, and machinery products. Among all companies participating in the Middle East (Dubai) International Hardware and Tools Exhibition, establishing contact with buyers was the main reason for their participation. In addition, most exhibitors believe that the Middle East is a rapidly expanding potential market, with nearly 50% of the companies participating in a Middle Eastern exhibition for the first time. The total exhibition area was approximately 10,000 square meters. In terms of visitors, this series of exhibitions attracted approximately 3,239 professional visitors from nearly 69 countries.

Furthermore, according to two new surveys conducted by the conference, 30% of visitors attended to learn about new products or trends, and 46% of visitors came to seek new cooperation opportunities; 17% of visitors were importers, 15% were from factories, and the percentages of building material suppliers and construction engineers were 9% and 7% respectively. Regarding their evaluation of the exhibition, 72% of visitors were very satisfied with their visit; 92% of visitors planned to attend the next exhibition; in terms of visitor influence on purchasing, 30.03% of visitors served as purchasing consultants in their companies, 38.98% of visitors had purchasing decision-making power, and 17.63% of visitors had purchasing recommendation power.
