Hannover Messe has a history of more than 70 years. It is not only the world's largest industrial exhibition in terms of exhibition area, but also boasts extremely high technological content in its exhibits. It is recognized as one of the most important platforms connecting global industrial design, processing and manufacturing, technology application, and international trade. It has developed into the "flagship exhibition in the global industrial trade field," the "barometer of world industrial trade," and the "weather vane of global industrial technology development."

9. Exhibition Review:

The 2023 Hannover Messe focused on five major industry trends: "Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning," "Hydrogen and Fuel Cells," "Energy Management," "Carbon-Neutral Production," and "Industry 4.0." More than 4,000 companies from over 50 countries and regions participated, with an exhibition area exceeding 120,000 square meters. The proportion of international exhibitors exceeded 48%, with the top 5 countries outside Germany being China, Italy, Turkey, the United States, and Indonesia. The exhibition attracted over 130,000 offline professional visitors from around the world, along with over 15,000 online visitors who participated digitally, viewing digital product demonstrations and participating in hybrid themed guided tours.

This year, over 100 political delegations from more than 50 countries visited Hannover Messe; on April 18, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Indonesian President Joko Widodo, and German Minister of Economics Robert Habeck jointly visited the exhibition halls. The EU representation from Brussels attended for the first time this year. Other delegations came from other parts of Europe, as well as Argentina, Mexico, Canada, Japan, China, the United States, and India.

More than 700 Chinese companies participated in this year's exhibition, with a total exhibition area of approximately 12,000 square meters. A large number of high-quality domestic companies were seen in sections such as "Automation, Power and Transmission," "Digital Ecosystems," "Energy Solutions," "Innovative Technologies and Future Production," "Industrial Components," "Compressed Air & Vacuum Technology," and the "Hydrogen Fuel Cell Zone."
