Exhibition and Market Trade Information: SPORTEX 2017, the 16th Sporting Goods Exhibition, was held by MILAD, Iran's most professional organizer. The exhibition attracted exhibitors from the United States, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Finland, China, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and the UAE. As the most politically stable and socially secure region in the Middle East, Iranian exhibitions attract buyers and visitors from neighboring countries, as well as traditional Persian traders who purchase directly at the exhibition.

Market Overview:

Iran is a traditional Muslim country where Islam emphasizes asceticism and devotion to God. Iranian law is based on the Quran. Therefore, the Iranian government prohibits traditional entertainment activities, including drinking, singing, group dancing, and nightclubs. Even cinemas can only show Iranian-made films.
