Exhibition Introduction:

The India International Machine Tool Exhibition AMTEX is one of the largest and most influential machine tool exhibitions in Asia. It will bring together manufacturers, traders, and end-users from the machine tool industry chain, especially from South Asia, for exchange, procurement, and cooperation. The last exhibition attracted 1200 exhibitors from all over the world and more than 50,000 professional visitors, with an exhibition area of over 30,000 square meters and orders totaling 8.5 billion rupees. Exhibitors highly recognized the effectiveness of the exhibition, believing that it provided a good platform for industry new technologies and market channels, and were very satisfied with the professionalism of the visitors. More than 90% of exhibitors indicated on-site that they would consider participating in the next exhibition. Market Analysis:

In 2008-2009, despite the global economic downturn, India's GDP grew by 5.3%, becoming the second fastest-growing economy in the world. The Ministry of Finance has strongly supported automotive R&D and manufacturing, and plans to achieve annual sales of US$14.5 billion by 2016, while the current figure is only US$3.5 billion. It is clear that the automotive industry alone provides a huge market space and prospects for machine tools and forming equipment. In addition, investment growth in defense, space exploration, nuclear energy, railways, steel, power, communications, and textile equipment are major factors influencing the market. Metal forming machine tools are mainly presses, accounting for 51% of the market share. CNC machine tools have higher production capacity and efficiency, accounting for about 70% of the entire machine tool market. Among them, CNC turning centers, CNC machining centers, and CNC grinding centers account for the largest share. The Indian machine tool market is very challenging, but it is also one of the most promising machine tool markets in Asia. The total value of the Indian machine tool market is US$1.4 billion, with an average annual growth rate of 10% to 12% for the machine tool industry.
