The exhibition company is a member of the Australian Exhibition Association, and this exhibition is also a UFI registered project, supported by the Australian Government Trade Commission. The exhibition is held annually, alternating between Sydney and Melbourne. Each session attracts food and beverage producers and professional traders from all over the world, providing an ideal venue and exchange event for establishing customer contacts and ordering products within the food industry.
