II. Exhibition Introduction
The Bologna International Private Label Exhibition and Summit is the only exhibition in Italy focusing on private label products and the second largest private label industry exhibition in Europe. BolognaFiere Group and the Italian Modern Distribution Association (Associazione della Distribuzione Moderna, abbreviated as ADM) jointly organized the Bologna International Private Label Exhibition and Summit. The exhibition is co-organized by a private label technical committee composed of retail private label managers to promote training and information activities.
Marca provides exclusive meeting opportunities for processing plants and category managers of major retail brands participating in the exhibition.
Marca provides private label managers with a comprehensive understanding and trial of your products. The popularity of private label products stems not only from the products themselves but also from their multiple value advantages. According to ISF data certification from international professional certification institutions, the 2019 exhibition had a net exhibition area of 19,132 square meters (a 9% increase compared to 2018), bringing together 746 exhibitors (a 6% increase compared to 2018), and attracting 10,177 professional visitors.
Marca's exhibition themes include: food and beverages, short shelf-life products (fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood); women's, adult's, and baby products; home and leisure products; pet products; and related supporting service providers.
During the exhibition, a two-day conference, analysis, and seminar on the private label industry will be held, reporting on the development trends of the private label market and "New Private Label Products," guiding and revealing the latest market transaction information. These new products are selected by retailers from the Science and Technology Committee.

The 16th BolognaFiere Marca exhibition will implement an international buyer invitation program—an international promotion strategy—inviting category managers and buyers from well-known foreign retail chains to participate. The program aims to organize B2B trade matching meetings between processing plants and overseas professionals involved in procurement and interested in expanding business cooperation in the private label field.
