To the Commerce Bureaus of various cities and relevant enterprises:

In order to cultivate and develop our province's overseas exhibition platform and accelerate the development of the African market, in accordance with the arrangements of the "2021 Overseas 100 Exhibitions Market Development Plan", the Provincial Department of Commerce will organize enterprises to participate in the 2021 China Shandong Export Commodities (Nigeria) Exhibition to be held in Nigeria in November. The exhibition will adopt a model of "offline physical product display + on-site professional service + online video/voice negotiation", providing participating enterprises with a complete exhibition docking and exchange platform. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Basic Information of the Exhibition

(1) Exhibition Name: China Shandong Export Commodities (Nigeria) Exhibition

(2) Exhibition Time: November 9-11, 2021

(3) Exhibition Location: Lagos, Nigeria

(4) Exhibition Scale: 50 standard booths are planned

(5) Exhibit Range:

Large-scale machinery and equipment: Food processing machinery, woodworking machinery, laser machinery, textile machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, plastic machinery, packaging machinery, oil and gas equipment, chemical products and equipment.

General machinery, small processing machinery and industrial components.

Engineering and Agricultural Machinery: Brick making machines, brick cutting machines, roll forming machines, agricultural tractors, forestry machinery, agricultural and sideline product processing machinery, engineering machinery, civil engineering machinery, etc.

Power and Electrical Equipment: Motors, generator sets, generators, generator sets, power transmission equipment, wires and cables, etc.

2. Building Materials:

Building and decoration materials: Building materials, coatings and chemicals, decoration materials, tiles, wooden floors, wallpaper and interior decoration, doors and windows, glass, kitchen equipment, etc.

Bathroom equipment: Sanitary ceramics, bathtubs, showers, faucets, water heaters, swimming pool equipment, etc.

Hardware: Furniture hardware, building hardware, decorative hardware, door and window hardware, locks and accessories, metal wire mesh, scaffolding, wheelbarrows, flatbed carts and accessories, shelves, brackets and accessories, fire-fighting equipment, other hardware products, etc.

Tools: Hand tools, various agricultural tools, locks, abrasives, cutting tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, hydraulic tools, welding tools, machine tools, cutting tools, etc.

4. Vehicles, Tires and Accessories: Heavy trucks and accessories, vehicles, car and motorcycle tires, batteries, automotive parts, etc.
5. Home Appliances and Household Goods:

Consumer electronics and information products, household appliances, lighting products, furniture, ornaments, beauty and hairdressing products, glass products, plastic products, stainless steel kitchenware, luggage, ornaments, etc.

6. Pharmaceuticals and medical devices, health products, traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and related products.
7. New energy, photovoltaic, solar home appliances and related products.
8. Textiles and Garments: Wax-printed and dyed fabrics, children's clothing, blankets, carpets, etc.
9. Cultural and Sports Products: Books, paintings, carvings, embroidery, toys, kites and other handicrafts, animation games and derivatives, stationery, musical instruments, etc. Various household and outdoor fitness equipment, sports equipment and supplies, etc.

(6) Exhibition Introduction: This exhibition is to promote and display Chinese goods in Lagos, Nigeria, in the form of "agency participation". The China Shandong Export Commodities (Nigeria) Exhibition began in 2002, held annually, with Chinese enterprises uniformly organizing, exhibiting, and promoting, achieving good results. Nigeria has a population of nearly 200 million, with huge market potential. As Africa's largest oil producer, it has strong purchasing power.

(8) Participation Fee: The booth fee will be fully subsidized this time, and the air freight for 49KG of exhibition samples will be waived. Other related fees will be notified separately according to the actual situation.

II. Participation Method

In accordance with the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions on the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Pandemic in Exhibition Activities" (Shangfu Maofa [2020] No. 137) issued by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security, and the National Health Commission, in order to cope with the uncertainties of overseas visas and flights during the COVID-19 pandemic, this exhibition will adopt the following participation methods:

The exhibition will provide each participating enterprise with a standard on-site booth (3×3=9 square meters, including basic booth construction and other facilities). Please prepare the exhibition samples and concentrate them domestically according to the required time. Zhenghe International Exhibition Co., Ltd. will be responsible for unified transportation, storage, and overseas exhibition setup. During the exhibition, Zhenghe International Exhibition Co., Ltd. will hire local staff to guide visitors to the booths and conduct online video and phone calls with domestic participating enterprises. Daily feedback on exhibition information, customer information, and inquiries will be provided to participating enterprises.

III. Work Arrangement

(1) This exhibition is an important platform for enterprises in our province to develop the West African market. Please attach great importance to it, assign special personnel to be responsible, widely mobilize, and do a good job in organizing and coordinating the exhibition, striving to organize more enterprises that are willing to develop the West African market to participate in the exhibition, and submit the enterprise participation registration form to Shandong Zhenghe International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and the Provincial Department of Commerce (Foreign Trade Department) before September 20.

(2) Please strictly implement the epidemic prevention requirements of this exhibition during the exhibition period, strengthen pre-exhibition training for enterprises, further refine, optimize, and improve various epidemic prevention measures, and ensure the safe holding of the exhibition.
