2020 China International Industrial (Vietnam) Brand Exhibition Invites You to Jointly Explore the Southeast Asian Market

Foreword

To encourage enterprises to participate in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative, actively explore emerging markets, and promote their own brands through exhibition platforms, the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce organized enterprises to participate in the 2020 China International Industrial (Vietnam) Brand Exhibition held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in mid-June. The Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce will fully subsidize the booth fees of participating enterprises, and will also subsidize the transportation fees of exhibits. The subsidies will be applied for by the organizer, Shandong Zhenghe International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and will be allocated to the enterprises in the same year!

Water Treatment Section

Vietnam has 2,360 rivers with a total length of more than 10 kilometers, abundant water resources, but due to the lack of material infrastructure and financial resources, the water utilization rate is low, and the rainfall distribution is uneven, resulting in serious water shortages nationwide. The water supply market in Vietnam has huge development potential. Although 78% of the urban population can enjoy piped water, only 44% of the rural population can enjoy piped water. In more than 600 towns across the country, more than 300 towns still cannot use piped water. In some large cities such as Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, water supply still cannot keep up with the rapid development of the cities. At the same time, water pollution is also a serious problem, which has attracted the attention of the government, which is actively taking effective measures to solve the problems of water resource management, supply, purification, and wastewater treatment. The Vietnamese government plans that by 2020, 90% of the urban population will be able to use clean and safe drinking water, and 100% of urban wastewater will be collected and treated.

Vietnam's infrastructure construction is accelerating, with the government actively promoting the development of science and technology and environmentally friendly industries. Plastics Sector

There are approximately 2,000 companies in Vietnam's plastics industry, 83% of which are located in Ho Chi Minh City. China-Vietnam Trade

In recent years, the economic and trade relations between China and Vietnam have become increasingly close, with bilateral trade volume consistently maintaining double-digit growth. In 2018, bilateral trade between China and Vietnam reached US$106.706 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12.71%, making China the first trading partner to exceed US$100 billion in bilateral trade volume among the more than 200 countries and regions with trade relations with Vietnam. Vietnam imported US$65.438 billion worth of goods from China, a year-on-year increase of 11.7%, and exported US$41.268 billion worth of goods to China, a year-on-year increase of 16.6%. In the first four months of 2019, trade between Vietnam and China reached US$33.24 billion, a year-on-year increase of 11.58%.
