The Middle East (Dubai) International Hardware and Tools Exhibition is the only hardware and tools exhibition in the Middle East. The entire Middle East is currently in a period of active development and construction, with current construction project budgets exceeding US$1 trillion, which has stimulated increasing market demand for hardware and tools. Latest predictions indicate that the industry's annual growth rate may exceed 11%.

The 18th Middle East (Dubai) International Hardware and Tools Exhibition was held from May 23-25, 2017 at the Dubai International Trade Centre, UAE. Exhibitors from 25 countries showcased over 450 of the latest hardware, tools, and machinery products. For companies participating in the Middle East (Dubai) International Hardware and Tools Exhibition, establishing business contacts was the main reason for exhibiting; additionally, most exhibitors considered the Middle East to be a rapidly expanding potential market, with nearly 50% of companies participating in a Middle East exhibition for the first time. The total exhibition area was approximately 10,000 square meters. In terms of visitors, this series of exhibitions attracted approximately 3239 industry visitors from nearly 69 countries.

In terms of evaluation of the exhibition, 72% of visitors were very satisfied with this visit; 92% of visitors plan to continue visiting the next exhibition; in terms of visitor invitations, 30.03% of visitors hold purchasing consultant positions in their companies, 38.98% of visitors have purchasing decision-making power, and 17.63% of visitors have purchasing advisory power.
