The "Zhi Cheng Shandong" delegation made its debut at the 2022 China Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health (Macao) Brand Exhibition, with the traditional Chinese medicine industry using Macao as a springboard to go global.


From October 20th to 22nd, the second China Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health (Macao) Brand Expo was successfully held in Macao. Themed "Joining Hands with the TCM and Health Industry to Contribute to Healthy China 2030", the expo leveraged Macao's advantages to build a platform for exchange and cooperation in the TCM and health field, jointly opening up a new pattern for the development of TCM. Under the severe and complex international trade situation, to support the province's characteristic TCM service enterprises in opening up the international market, our company organized Shandong TCM service enterprises to actively participate in the China Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health (Macao) Brand Expo. More than 110 exhibitors and units such as the National TCM Service Export Base participated in the exhibition, showcasing their star TCM products, TCM health products, and the latest achievements in intelligent TCM. Exhibits covered TCM slices, patent medicines, TCM formula granules, TCM health foods, TCM tonics, food-medicine homology products, acupuncture, moxibustion, diagnostic instruments, and rehabilitation therapy instruments, with a wide range of categories. The exhibition area reached 3000 square meters. Macao Chief Executive Ho Iat Seng visited and guided the Shandong exhibition area. A special exhibition area themed "Sincere Shandong" was set up for the Shandong delegation. The overall style uses red as the main color, symbolizing the solid industrial foundation and booming development of Shandong's TCM industry. Shandong exhibitors included two time-honored brands, Dong-e-E-Jiao and Fupai Ejiao, as well as many innovative TCM enterprises such as the Pharmaceutical Institute, University of TCM, Bian Que TCM Health, Xinyuhui Biotechnology, Huang Yuanyu Biotechnology, and Quanshang Yunchuang Valley. They showcased the TCM culture and meticulously crafted products rooted in Qilu land to the domestic and foreign guests, promoting the Qilu TCM culture brand. During the exhibition, the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce held a Shandong TCM Health Industry Cooperation (Macao) Promotion Conference to conduct extensive exchanges on hot topics, development trends, and prospects in the TCM health field. The event invited relevant leaders in the TCM field from the Macao Special Administrative Region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, leaders of business associations, leaders of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, leaders of relevant provincial departments and municipal delegations, representatives of TCM enterprises and experts, scholars, and media representatives. This promotion conference provided direct exchange opportunities for TCM enterprises in Macao and Shandong, shortening the distance of trade cooperation between Macao and Shandong Province, and playing a positive role in promoting Shandong TCM service enterprises to settle in Portuguese-speaking countries and regions, going global from Macao. The First China (Shandong) Cross-border E-commerce Trade Expo was successfully held in Jinan.


From June 16th to 18th, the first China (Shandong) Cross-border E-commerce Trade Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Cross-border E-commerce Expo"), Shandong's first provincial-level professional cross-border e-commerce exhibition, opened successfully at the Jinan Shuneng International Convention and Exhibition Center! The exhibition was hosted by the Shandong Cross-border E-commerce Association. To implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council's decisions and deployments on accelerating the development of new formats and models in foreign trade, implement the requirements of "carrying out cross-border e-commerce plans" proposed by Secretary Li Ganjie of the Provincial Party Committee in the report of the 12th Provincial Party Congress, and implement the "Implementation Plan for Innovative Development of Foreign Trade in Shandong Province (2021-2022)", the first Shandong Cross-border E-commerce Expo, themed "i on Shandong, e-linking the world", focuses on the deep integration of Shandong's characteristic industries and cross-border e-commerce, fully connecting "Shandong manufacturing" with the international market, actively serving the construction of a new development pattern with domestic and international dual circulation, and is an important exhibition to help enterprises cope with the impact of the epidemic, explore new opportunities in cross-border e-commerce, and promote the stable and improved quality of foreign trade. The exhibition site received support from cross-border e-commerce industry associations and key enterprises from 17 provinces and cities in the north and south. With a total exhibition area of 20,000 square meters, it brings together global well-known cross-border e-commerce platforms, service providers, and high-quality product suppliers. It sets up six exhibition areas: cross-border e-commerce selection area, industrial belt exhibition area, platform exhibition area, service provider exhibition area, park and city exhibition area, and RCEP import area. Exhibitors include 138 production enterprises from 19 characteristic industrial belts such as Jinan auto parts and textiles, Qingdao wigs and eyelashes, Weihai fishing gear, Rizhao fitness equipment and hardware tools, Jining ice and snow sportswear, Linyi straw and willow weaving, Heze wood crafts, and Binzhou aluminum crafts; 17 globally renowned cross-border e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba International Station, eBay, AliExpress, Wish, Lazada, Newegg, and Coupang; and 82 leading cross-border e-commerce service providers in the fields of cross-border logistics, ERP, product selection tools, cross-border payments, website building, and search. Ten thousand professional visitors were invited to attend for product selection and exchange, and cross-border e-commerce docking activities were held concurrently, fully creating a cross-border e-commerce brand exhibition integrating image display, product promotion, trade talks, professional forums, and investment promotion. The exhibition set up three forum areas. On the first day, the Jiaozhou Industrial Belt Procurement Docking Conference and Jiaozhou Industrial Belt Investment Promotion Conference were held, with precise procurement docking on site, and exciting activities such as the Cross-border E-commerce Platform Comprehensive Forum, Amazon Global Opening Store Special Session, and Alibaba International Station Special Session attracted many visitors to stop and exchange. Through ecosystem building, promotion of characteristic industrial belts, and carrier investment promotion, the exhibition helps to optimize the integration of industry resources, helps enterprises solve various problems encountered in the process of going global in cross-border e-commerce, improves the structure and efficiency of the supply chain and service chain, and meets the different needs of exhibitors and professional visitors in a one-stop shop. 2022 China-Europe freight train (Qilu Hao) special promotion conference successfully held


To promote steady and high-quality foreign trade in the province and actively respond to the current severe and complex international situation, guiding import and export enterprises to expand markets, the China-Europe freight train (Qilu) special promotion meeting, jointly organized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce and Shandong Expressway Group and undertaken by Shandong Zhenghe International Exhibition Co., Ltd., was successfully held from May 17 to May 20 through an online cloud exhibition. During the event, Qin Haifeng, chief representative of the Shandong Provincial Government's Economic and Trade Representative Office in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and representative Xu Chi attended the meeting. Péter Ernő, President of the Hungary-China Economic and Trade Association, Cui Shan, Director of the Sino-Russian Economic and Trade Cooperation Center, Markus Teuber, Commissioner for Chinese Affairs of the Duisburg City Government, Germany, Xu Meng, General Manager of Shandong Expressway Qilu Eurasia Railway Operation Co., Ltd., Ma Chunbo, Deputy General Manager, and Chen Youjia, Amazon Regional Expansion Manager, attended the relevant sessions through on-site or video presentations and delivered speeches. This online promotion meeting mainly involved import and export enterprises in various industries, including mechanical and electrical equipment, building materials, tires and auto parts, food and agricultural products, textiles and clothing, and daily consumer goods. More than 300 import and export enterprises from our province were invited, along with more than 90 foreign businessmen from countries (regions) along the China-Europe freight train route, including Russia, Belarus, Hungary, and Germany. More than 400 matchmaking sessions were held. In the face of the current epidemic and complex international situation, the China-Europe freight train (Qilu) gave full play to its platform advantages, making every effort to ensure the stable operation of the freight train, solving the problems of logistics and transportation during the epidemic, and ensuring the cross-border two-way flow of goods for enterprises. This event received positive feedback and recognition from participating enterprises. Many enterprises had successful matches and good conversations. Among them, Jianqiao Metal Technology, Guanghui New Materials, and Liqun Alloy Materials had good talks with a purchaser from Bosnia, and the foreign businessman was interested in steel, marine metals, and hardware. Xianhe Automotive Steering Gear, Laizhou Jinsheng Auto Electric Appliances, and Dongying Zhengyue Auto Parts had enthusiastic discussions with a buyer from Belarus who wanted to purchase automotive parts such as vans and trucks. Several food companies, including Weifang Yueyang Import and Export, Qingdao Hongruite Food, and Shandong Baijia Food, had good talks with two food factories from Russia, and the foreign party wanted to purchase food additives, freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, and dehydrated garlic and onions. Dawo Machinery, Sishui Haiyun Grain Machinery, and Ouxing Machinery Manufacturing had very good talks with a Russian company intending to purchase agricultural machinery. Xingguang Textile, Leqi Home Furnishings, and Xuxiang Textile successfully matched with a foreign businessman from Russia purchasing home furnishing products, and the talks were very good. In the one-on-one talks, 400 rounds of enterprise talks were arranged through pre-matching. Through active pre-meeting preparations, foreign buyers accurately conveyed clear procurement intentions, and Chinese suppliers showcased their advantages based on the needs, thereby improving the efficiency of talks during the meeting and laying a good foundation for future substantial trade exchanges.
